IMPROVEMENT WITHIN MY SELF πŸ˜

What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

I’m going to be real frank with you guys, I struggle to get up and getting motivated in the mornings. It can be difficult at times. But ive been wanting to go to the guys more, get my strength back that I lost cause of the injury. I know just adding that to my schedule and making that improvement would help my health and improve my overall health. I was always drained and now it’s over taxing me too the point of exhaustion. So gym and brain work outs, to build the muscle back up. I know that in so that it will help me long term.

So the gym needs to be done for my strength in my legs, it will be a good thing after it’s all said and done, because I’ve lost muscles in my legs to the point they shake when they are weak. And it’s really noticable. So I would say it’s more of a major improvement to better the health of my life. But this question is good for self reflecting on self development that needs to take place in my life.
